Hi, my name is Amy Shrader. I am a landscape artist from South Central Pennsylvania. I enjoy painting with oils because of the versatility and the colors are bright and vibrant. I really enjoy painting landscapes to bring the outdoor beauty indoors. Most of my paintings are done from nature scenes that I am trying to recreate on canvas.
I started painting in 2018 and have next to no training. I woke up one day and decided I was going to learn how to oil paint. My best training has been through trial and error.
